Shipping Policy
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below to understand how we handle shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following domestic destinations:
All 50 United States
Washington, D.C.
U.S. Military addresses, including APO AE, APO AP, APO AA, FPO, and DPO addresses
At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), or freight forwarding addresses.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada using the following carriers:
United States Postal Service (USPS) — Available for all domestic destinations, including military addresses.
FedEx 2-Day — Available for all 50 states and Washington D.C. (not available for APO/FPO/DPO military addresses).
Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times
The following shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
USPS Ground Advantage / First-Class Package: Estimated 3-8 business days depending on destination.
FedEx 2-Day: Estimated 2 business days to most contiguous U.S. addresses. Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or military addresses.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM PT, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next available business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take 1-2 additional business days.
Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We proudly ship to U.S. military personnel and their families at APO, FPO, and DPO addresses worldwide. All military address shipments are fulfilled through USPS. Please note that FedEx 2-Day is not available for military addresses.
Delivery times to military addresses can vary significantly based on the final destination and military mail processing. Estimated transit times to military addresses are 7-21 business days and are beyond our control once the package is accepted by USPS.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website (usps.com) or FedEx website (fedex.com), or through the tracking link included in your confirmation email.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier tracking information to become active.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your selected shipping method. Final shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping offers apply to standard USPS shipping and will be clearly noted at checkout and in applicable promotional communications.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf.
Allow 1-2 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive.
Contact your local post office or FedEx facility with your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located after 5 business days from the marked delivery date, please contact us at contactus@epicparty.store and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and damaged items immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contactus@epicparty.store. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no movement in tracking for more than 7 business days), please contact us and we will open a trace investigation with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at contactus@epicparty.store. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.
