Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards and store credit

Downloadable software or digital products

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at contactus@epicparty.store with your order number and reason for return.

Securely package your item and mail it to: 2510 East Sunset Road Suite 5-867, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Please include your name, address, and order number.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contactus@epicparty.store.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contactus@epicparty.store to arrange an exchange.
